I have just seen definite signs of spring here in the midwest. The first garage sales are out.
People are getting vaccinated, spring is coming, we had a presidential news conference that didn't sound like a promo for the WWE.
Many issues left to resolve, but for the first time in a few years I feel a sense of hope.

Please know this is something I’ve expressed worries about going back long before the previous administration. It’s been a slow erosion, but the answers and conclusions are already pre-loaded for us on social media or opinion-oriented programs. We have increasingly lost our critical thinking skills. The ability to hold things to the light and ask key questions for ourselves, unafraid that the answer may not be what we hoped.
Did you get that? Because you have access to more information, a range of opinions, or have read different takes than Holt and his colleagues will provide, you have lost your critical thinking skills. Has he ever written a research paper? Taken three dozen sources and combined them into a perspective after he chased down the answers to his questions? The idea that we lose perspective with more information is absurd. It leads many Americans to a different perspective than Holt and the other gatekeepers in the establishment media prefer, which is the real problem. He just can’t say that out loud.

I mean, even if this were a accurate interpretation of what I have to assume is a fake statement ... this is what Journalism provides, right? Journalism filters and evaluates all sorts of news stories. It's kind of journalism's reason d'etre, right? Not everything that happens is news and they take what happens, filter it, and deliver it to the consumers. Not everything gets provided because not everything is news or treated with equal weight based on evaluations using journalistic practices.

They take off while he is still partially out the door, which then hits something as they speed away. Minutes later the sound of the car crashing can be heard.
It’s premeditated murder. They sped away with him hanging out the door, tasering him, as part of an attack. They were trying to kill him so they could get away. It’s plain as day in the clip.
