MEME MADNESS
One of my biggest regrets is the fact that I cannot draw to save my life. I would give up any other talent I have in order to do so. I always thought that I would have made an ace political cartoonist. About two years ago I acquired the technology to create memes - which is not as good but they're much fun nonetheless. Here are some recent ones:

Now the question is, can I comment, or do I get to whine about "censorship" like Clucky does?
Congrats on the first shot, Tom.
Public vaccinations are more proof that socialized health care saves lives.
My wife and I got our first shots. No ill effects except for the injection site being sore...like being a kid and getting "knuckle punched" by your buddies to get you in the club. LOL.
Second shot April 16.
Excellent Tom! And love the memes.
It will never be too soon to forget what the RQP and T**** did to this country and to Democracy. We must stay vigilant and not let them back in the door to hold any type of power.

Wife and I got our second Pfizer vaccination last Monday in a well organized very efficiently run drive thru. No complaints regarding aftereffects; just a bit of tenderness for a day where the "jab" went in.
We feel like we won the lottery! Might even be able to get out on a vacation and see a beach front sunset this summer.
I had my second shot over a month ago (because of my bad health). I'll never understand so many people against vaccinations, especially given our over 100 year history of eliminating diseases through vaccinations, without any major bad effects. Some people (way more than rational) just won't believe in science. I must be the last person in the world to have never owned a cell phone. I'm so backwards, but I doubt a cell phone will save my life.
This link is an interview of the cartoonist Mr Fish:

My dad would had shared the dream of being a cartoonist - but also shared Tom's limitations. He instilled his great love of the art form on me as well as my bothers and sisters (Tom may deduce who this is as he probably witnessed Dad's perusal of the comics on Sunday morning a few times).
One day, another strip of Calvin & Hobbes stature will come along. Humans need this for their mental health - and then there may again be a reason to buy the newspaper...
