The investigative hearings into the near-fall of democracy in America commenced in Washington last night. FOX Noise ignored the evening by running Tucker Carlson's program minus the commercial advertising. They were worried that, during any break, the viewers would - out of curiosity - switch the channel to see what was happening on one of the other news outlets. Think about that: Fox would rather lose advertising revenue than to expose its idiotic viewers to the truth. Early this morning, the mindless chuckleheads on Fox and Friends dismissed the entire evening as nothing but cheap, political propaganda. Nothing new was learned, they nold us. Despite the fact of videotaped testimony against Trump from his own Attorney General, from his own son-in-law - and from his own daughter. I would imagine the Thanksgiving dinner table at casa de Trump will be just a tad awkward this November. Ivanka's inheritance - whatever's left of it - went into the shit hole last night.
Yes, we do live in such deliciously weird times, my friends. Even during the perverse insanity of the Bush 43 years, I never dreamed that things would get quite this strange. You know that things have taken a turn for the worse when you find yourselves nostalgic for the village idiot of Crawford, Texas. And to think that there is a 50/50 possibility that Donald Trump will be the GOP nominee and victor in the 2024 election. If that is indeed the case then, get used to living in a nation in permanent decline.
Over the next four weeks, the hearings will continue. Keep your eyes wide and - FOR PETE'S SAKE - turn off Fox Noise. Turn it off, and never turn it on again. They're lying to you. They have been lying to you for over a quarter of a century. For the first time in our history, we did not have a peaceful transfer of power. Think about that.

MSNBC averaged a whopping (for them) 4.161 million total viewers, trouncing both Fox News (2.957 million total viewers) by 29 percent and CNN (2.617 total million viewers) by 37 percent. CNN finished way ahead of its direct cable news competition in the key demographic for news programming, adults 25-54, with 709,000 viewers from that age range vs. 555,000 on MSNBC and 513,000 on Fox. That’s a 22 percent advantage over MSNBC and 28 percent win over Fox News.

Precisely why we need to know who was involved and what was discussed on the eve of insurrection. One thing for sure, they weren’t talking about supporting our Constitutional peaceful transfer of power.

The Justice Department does not need a referral from Congress to be aware of the potential crimes surrounding Jan. 6 — including those potentially committed by Trump himself.
Such actions have been taken when the alleged crime is directly related to congressional proceedings, like refusals to comply with Congressional subpoenas.
All evidence will be available to the DOJ, regardless of referral.

The January 6 Committee lied when it “suggested” Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.) brought J6 protestors on a “reconnaissance” tour of the Capitol on Jan. 5, and that the visitors were hoping to learn the layout of the Capitol in preparation for the mostly peaceful protest the following day.
Naturally, leftist lickspittle news outlets like Huffpo jumped on the story as though it were real. But according to Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger, it’s not.
The Truth is, Loudermilk simply gave a tour to some constituents.
Manger sent a letter to Rep. Rodney Davis, (R-Ill.), the ranking Republican on the House Administration Committee. In it, he stated there was no evidence Loudermilk led a super-secret info-gathering mission on Jan. 5.:
There is no evidence that Representative Loudermilk entered the U.S. Capitol with a group on January 5, 2021, "We train our officers on being alert for people conducting surveillance or reconnaissance, and we do not consider any of the activities we observed as suspicious".

The Jan. 6 Committee just released footage of Rep. Loudermilk's tour a day before the attack. They quote one person who took the tour saying during the march to the Capitol: “There’s no escape Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler. We’re coming for you.”
Surveillance footage shows a tour led by Loudermilk to areas in the House Office Buildings, as well as the entrances to Capitol tunnels. Individuals on the tour photographed/recorded areas not typically of interest to tourists: hallways, staircases and security checkpoints.
Laudermilk has been asked to testify. Will he?
All the people who say Trump is guilty have testified under oath. All the people who say Trump is innocent have refused to testify under oath.
Loudermilk said in a statement to CNN prior to the video's release, "the select committee has already accused me of giving reconnaissance tours, which has been verified as false. To my knowledge, no one that visited my office on January 5 was involved in any illegal activity on January 6; so if the committee has evidence, they should release it, not just make accusations."
Evidence that he lied is clear in the video.
